Check With Insurance Company
More and more insurance companies are covering Acupuncture treatment. Check with your insurance provider for details about your plan before your appointment.
When talking with your insurance representative be sure to ask about applicable co-pays, plan deductibles, and which providers you can use. With this information Acupuncture Alternatives can help you with information you will need to submit most insurance claims.
A superbill is another commonly used device for insurance billing; when you submit this form to your insurance company the reimbursement goes directly to you.
Cancellation Policy
Acupuncture Alternatives LLC Cancellation Policy
We understand that there are times when a patient must miss an appointment due to emergencies or obligations for work or family.
However, when a patient does not call to cancel an appointment they are preventing another patient from utilizing that time.
Appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any cancellation fees.
Standard appointment fees will be be charged without appropriate notice.
